XingHao Li
​
Xinghao is the captain of Team Orion, he was part of the Gladstone RoboSavages. Xinghao has plenty of experience in multiple aspects of the competition, including: building, programming, project managing and communicating among other teams, making him a qualified captain of Team Orion. He is currently studying Mechatronics at SFU.
Michael Kheong
Michael is responsible for the engineering notebook within Team Orion. he was part of the Gladstone RoboSavages. Michael has attended VEX World Championships 2018 as a referee to give back to the community. His passion for robotics did not end after graduation, as he decided to continue to pursue engineering excellence under team Orion in his university years. He is currently studying Computer Science at Langara Collage.
Zhilong Gan
Zhilong is the head builder for Team Orion. he was part of the Gladstone Robosavages. After building countless robots, Zhilong has the most experience in the field of building robust robots within the team. He was on the team 2S, along with his teammate Xinghao, they won many tournaments and awards, including the BC provincial championships which qualified them to the worlds championships twice in a row. He studies engineering at Langara College.
Tim Zhang
Tim is the programmer and outreach manager of Team Orion, he was the captain of Collingwood RoboCavs. He is experienced with all aspects of the game, from mechanisms to make a robot unique, to programming pwm controller to prevent robots from overheating from gameplay. He always has a thrive for absolute perfection, and does not expect anything less than perfect. Currently Tim is a Computer Science student in Durham UK.
